Washington Redskins TE Chris Cooley (concussion) is expected to return to practice Thursday, according to Coach Mike Shanahan. Cooley’s concussion suffered against the Colts was minor, although it was at least the fourth of his football career. Cooley is on track to start against Chicago on Sunday.
