Dallas Cowboys WR Dez Bryant missed practice Wednesday with a rib injury. Bryant was not used as much in Week 2 as he was in Week 1, so this could partially explain that. Check back tomorrow to see if Bryant returns to practice. Rib injuries are often a lingering concern.

The Dallas Cowboys have signed WR Miles Austin to a six-year, $54 million extension, according to ESPN’s Adam Schefter. Austin went from intriguing sleeper to top-5 wide receiver in one season, and the sky is the limit at this point. He should contend with Andre Johnson to be the #1 fantasy WR in 2010.
