Patriots place K Gostkowski on I.R.

The New England Patriots have placed K Stephen Gostkowski (quad) on injured reserve. It had been speculated Gostkowski would only miss a few weeks, but the team revealed Gostkowski suffered a torn quad during last Sunday’s game against Cleveland. The Patriots signed Shayne Graham on Tuesday to replace Gostkowski.
